4650 were very good units, independent PTO ,, we have had very few issues with the ones we have sold. Air cooled engines were a plus... never been into one.. used the timing retard button on the fuel pump and they will crank a low temps w/o heat above 20 degrees.

| We have found that what parts are not available from AGCO typically can still be bought from SAME if your SAME dealer is willing to look for them. But as tbran says we had very few problems with the 46/5600 tractors. |

| Have a 5650. Bought used with 125 hrs. around 2000 only have about 350 hrs on it now, no problems other than rubber fuel lines deteriorating and leaking. Italian air-oil cooled made by SAME. Leon |

yes, if any diesel has those cloth covered (fire retard) hoses for fuel - that end in a banjo or slip on connections - replace it with fuel line or rubber chainsaw or weed eater line. .Simply cut the brass swedge off the banjo fitting , remove the rubber to reveal a barbed fitting - slip on fuel line and apply small hose clamp - for a long term fix.

absolutely!! we made the mistake of ordering new fuel lines for a 5670 one time and not asking the price first cause we were in a hurry. I forget exactly how much they were but way out of line and over $100 for the set!! My dad was so mad he told them to send them back where they came from on a slow train and we did just what tbran said used 10-15 dollars worth of new fuel line and slipped it over the old barb. worked great. |

| Does anyone know the rated PTO HP? Tractordata.com says 50 engine and 40 PTO. One's I've seen for sale online the seller just simply says 50 HP. Thanks again. |
