I last used my D10 last October and then winterized it and put it in the shed. Got it out today but the clutch does not disengage.
What would make it stick?
I can see the clutch fingers moving in but that is it. What can I try?

I tried hitting the brakes with clutch in.

Rust, mouse pee, or oil. If you can press the pedal; down, and hold it with tying it down, might pry the disc from flywheel with big flat screwdriver. HTH Tracy

here's my story on a stuck disc. 1950 Ford F2, drove it quite a bit with the clutch pedal pushed down and it would not pop loose. so I took the transmission out and removed the pressure plate and as soon as I started prying the disc from the flywheel it just fell off.
Wish I would have done what Tracy suggests. but it did give me a chance to inspect/clean everything.

Issue is resolved.
Strapped the clutch down, took a long flat blade and tried to wiggle it. No-Go
Put it against a little bump and tapped it and it came free as Willy.

Too simple...or I got lucky.

We have a 325hp steiger that came to us with a stuck clutch. We hooked up a chisel plow to my 7045 and then used a heavy chain to tie the tractors together. Dad drove the steiger with the clutch held down and I rode the 7045 and turned and raised the mounted chisel at the ends. We went over several acres before it broke loose but hasn't caused any trouble in close to 10 years since and a lot easier than a split. Sometimes you get lucky!
