Hi, i am repairing my allis chalmers ed40 tractor and i am interested to know about steering box. There is a text on left side "cam gears bishop patents dialoy 1" and the top of box is number 16503u. uploads/16947/2017-04-16_22.18.13.jpg" rel="nofollow - 2017-04-16_22.18.13.jpg

Anyone know more about this box? Its working good but i want to know more, oil changing and adjusting if possible :)

There are operating and parts manuals for the ED40 available on eBay. There is probably more expertise on the ED40 in Canada and Europe since so few of them were imported to the USA. Since the Standard 26C diesel used in the ED40 is the same used the the Massey Fergurson TO-35 engine parts are more available than the other tractor parts.
