| Please don't roast me on this. At some point, I'd like to put a corner exhaust on the 7020, if I can make it look good. I'd really like to keep it looking sleek and not patched together. Has anyone given it any thought before, as to how you would run a pipe up the cab and neatly run from that pipe to the turbo? There's a 7080 with a Cummins swap that I don't mind the look of, but something that follows the contour of the cab a little better would be nice. If I can't find a sleek way of doing it, I'll likely just go with straight pipe. Can't stand that extra fat muffler taking up half of the forward view. |

| Joe...I've seen different 7000 series tractors with that type of pipe mount, but never investigated them. like Jordan says, put a straight pipe on, or can do like I did on my 7010, I put a straight pipe on with a curve on top, but it only sticks up above the hood about a foot. it's not noisy in the cab at all. and it doesn't grab tree limbs! and the visability is better too! |
