I'd pay that! Take a look: good original sheet metal, not smashed up, rust free fenders, good tires, no headlights missing, looks like it has been stored inside and looked after. The snap coupler is the only downside. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

For a diesel and a Series IV........you could probably get it for less......... offer him $3500 and see what he says. I'd pull the trigger

Is that a series 4 widefront with earlier hubs. I thought S4 I supposed to have 6 bolt wheels. I'd also fan out 35 Benjamins and see if he takes them.

Six bolt hubs came in 1966, probably a 64 or 65 model. No front emblem view to decipher approximate year.
