Hi guys, getting hammered with snow a the moment. Dads plowing with our D-15 series II, he probably pushing 3/4 throttle then when he puts stick into neutral to shift to reverse. Well as soon as hand clutch comes out into neutral the tractor reves up a lot higher. I can remember as kid it didn't do that, would just stay at about 3/4 throttle. What do you think is going on. Something in govaner. Thanks |

Check the AC shop manual. You need to bend the carb-gov linkage, to correct the problem...

| The vertical governor post is corroded or just stuck...we had to disassemble mine to get the right parts to pivot...if it sticks it will act like it is racing...Mark |
