| Went to the local scrap yard (Fusselmans in Moberly Mo.) saw two orange top roto balers, a corn planter, cultivater, and transmission from a 190. Most items are cut up but some parts could still be had. Never know what you will find. They sell by the pound. |

| You are lucky here once it is bought for scrap they can't resell it. Some stupid law but they stick to it. |

same here. If ya need a part from a car, truck, tractor, etc. if ya pull the part he just charges by the weight. I went searching for oven racks for my smoke house, found 3 didn't charge me a thing. I made sure to clean the very very well before using them.  ------------- Just cause it's orange don't make it a tractor, there's only one..Allis Chalmers |

Long about 75, rode with my brother to the yard in town as he had heard from a buddy that the yard had a Ford Thunderbolt come in. All rusted out but 407(?) and 4 speed still in place. Called em' to say he would be right down and got all excited but the old man said there were chores to be done. We get there the next day and they had already used the new style grapple to yank the engine/tranny, you know, the one with the large arms that slam down either side of the engine bay to hold the car while the grapple grabs the engine by the block and yanks it out. The grapple pierced the block on both sides and quite the machine to watch when they ripped those cars apart. Think the old man just did not want another car drug home . . . |
