in the beginning it had gear lube, like 80-90wt ...... If the seals were leaking, many have put a grease zerk on the fill plug and pumped it full of grease. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

x2. I fill all mine with JD Corn Head Grease. It's good stuff! Granddad had it in his post hole digger and brush hog gear boxes as well.

I have some NOS parts for both the ROSS and GEMMER boxes in B & C tractors.
