I have checked and double checked the numbers on my tractors and found them to 1938 WCs I look around the internet and look at pictures of other owners 1938s and see that the gas tank is the long and oval gas tanks, both of mine have the "egg" shaped round tanks, is this a difference between styled and un-styled or is the mistake in I D What year did AC start with the "egg" shaped tanks?

1938 is when they started with the styled/streamlined style. Tractor # 74330 was the first which is late 1938.

I guess I have been mistaken about the year of production- with those numbers these tractors would have been made in 1939 model year...right?
