I have an 8030 with 18.4r38. I pull a 3x3 square baler with it. Baler is leaning forward, I'd like the hitch point to be higher. Is there an offset drawbar available? Or do I need 20.8r38? For some reason the Allis drawbar is a few inches lower than my other tractors. Thanks,

Bolt a higher hitch to the existing drawbar.

If you bolt a hitch on top of drawbar you may have pto clearance issue. Been there done that. 20.8-38 or better yet 18.4-42". All my baling tractors have 42" rear rubber. You will gain 3-4" clearance going 42". 42" over 20'.8-38 will get another 1-11/2".

Or go the cheaper route and put smaller front tires on. Might look goofy but it will help.

the drawbar on my 7060 with 20.8's is 21" to the top, 11.00-16's on the front

I've put a bottle jack under the drawbar hole and bent it up about 3/4 inch.
Its a cheaper option…
And when you find some 20.8's it will be fantastic!

I have radials so they squat a little. It's about 14-1/2" to the top. It's my only Allis, but 2-3" lower than anything else I own. It's also mfwd so I can't put smaller ones on to raise it.

I don't know what the factory options for your tractor were. I know JD offered bent up drawbars for some tractors and a bolt on bent up bar to allow the hitch pin better support when the implement had only a single bar. You could probably get a piece of 2 x 3 rectangular tube with 3/8 or 1/2" wall and bolt it to the top of the drawbar with 1" bolts and drop the baler tongue on top of that with a long hitch pin, IF the drawbar has extra holes or you can drill extra holes.
You might raise the drawbar by raising the rear tire pressure if the radial tires are squatting.
Raising the drawbar can present a safety hazard because the higher the drawbar the more the front end lift with a heavy load on the drawbar, so it might need adding front end weights for some loads, like a round baler finishing a bale. FWA assist doesn't accomplish anything when the front tires are in the air.
Using a drawbar attachment with a three point hitch has even worse safety because the hitch generally doesn't have any down force so the drag of a load can raise it and when it gets up to the axle height, its guarantees lifting the front off the ground.
The early Fordsons did that a lot and it was called "climbing the ring gear" and it killed many tractor drivers.

Cheapest way to get you help in 2 areas. Road speed and drawbar height. Get you step up rims, and 18.4x 42 tires. Rims are about 350 new a piece, and you can find some used 42s reasonable. Then your tractor if a later one will run 24 down the road if you want to.

Consider somehow changing/modifying the hitch on the baler and then adding on top of the tractors drawbar to get what you want. FWA tractor drawbars are low.
