After seeing the sale bill for the auction in Ohio on the 14th, I checked the weather forecast back there.  Not looking so good, highs in the 20's and snow for the next 10 days, not to mention the multi car/truck pileups on I90.  Pretty sure I won't talk any of my cousins to go to a sale over 100 miles away in that kind of weather!  Almost above freezing here and sunny, supposed to get near 50 the next few days before more cold and snow next week.  Guess I better get out and get some work done outside!

SPRING?  Ted, it's not even officially winter yet.  Just think about last month when it was so mild and warm!

All through Thanksgiving week and up till this week its been very mild here in NJ. At least Northern NJ. Ole' man Winter is rollin' in pretty quickly now though with the colder weather arriving, some snow/rain/sleet mixes, and the usual stuff that accompanies this type of weather. One more week to go for me at the power company, and its on vacation for me for a couple weeks! Woo Hoo! I should be able to play "catch-up" on the work in the wire shop and hopefully get caught up! I plan on relaxing a little bit with a nice hot cup of tea and snuggle on the couch wit' the wife for a change. Yee Hah!   LOL!

We had 2 ft of snow here in Ontario. Very localized tho. 5 miles west of me was maybe 6 " or so.

What da ya mean John......December 21st it the winter solstice and that means that the days start getting longer.......that means SPRING is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!!   Never mind that other stuff about the days of the seasons.  That stuff was invented by the weather people cause they don't know how to tell ya it's gonna change and they are USUALLY wrong about ANYTHING........ even what time it is.......  Aaaahhhhh spring.......a time when the girls start wearing almost nothing and the boys.......ah heck who am I kidding. LOL
