Does anyone have a good list of AC salvage yards? I know of a few mentioned on the site quite often, but would like to know of any more out there. Many thanks for the help! I've been reading in the site for quite a while and finally signed up. Just got my D17 series I out of mothballs and looking for some replacement pieces.

Welcome to the forum. I would suggest you start with the supplies page in here the sponsor of the site typically use the parts they sell themselves so quality is typically a high priority. For use parts I would recommend the classified section as a good source there is usually someone parting out something with the parts you might want.
Beyond that there is wengers of myerstown pa I have bought things from them before the service is good but you pay for it. I find they tend to be on the high side. That said i have no complaints about the parts I got there.

All States AG parts also has a good supply of used parts. I have gotten good stuff there but you have to call them. The website is often out of date on salvage and the email request hasn't worked well for me.
Hope that helps as I said I would suggest starting on the supplier page in my experience that is where you will find the best stuff from the most helpful people.
If you listed what you are looking for we could better help point you in the right direction.
