Finally caught up so I'm starting to do some minor repairs to my 220.  The 3pt hitch is locked or frozen in the "up" position.  This machine basically sat on a lagoon pump almost all its life.   Very little to no 3 pt hitch use in the last 15 years.  You can hear oil spilling over a relief valve or spool valve down by the hitch controls.   Any ideas what I should start with before I tear apart something I should not.   Next item is the throttle handle.  Its very loose and I see by the exploded view in the parts book that there are replaceable bushings.  Any pointers on replacing those from someone who has actually done it?  Does not look like its the easiest area to access.  Any and all help is appreciated.  Thanks

I'm not the expert here but I'm sure that it will have something to d with the traction booster lever and/or valve stuck.
