I first stumbled across this WD45 at the beginning of the year while volunteering for a historic society to document this property. Returned this weekend and finished recording the buildings on what turned out to be the last nice day of the year...sunny and 60 -vs- gray skies, gusting wind, blowing snow and 30 out today.
I cleared the brush and grapevine off the tractor and took some pics as the light grew low.....

It has this solenoid looking thing with a push button built into it's backside. No wires going to it anymore. Not sure what it was for....

I wonder if that push button activates the solenoid, delivering power to the starter???
It'd be a great project to bring her back to life....will you have that opportunity? If so, good luck!

it sure has a lot of extras on it, they are prolly worth more than the tractor! and you wouldn't hafta buy it all after you get the tractor up and running!

Wow, those front wheel weights and D-17 rear wheel weights are worth as much as the tractor itself!

Has the Allis wheel weights on the front, but I think the rear wheel weights are from a D series tractor. Has chains and a loader with a BIG snow bucket.
