Where do I find the serial number for a Model E I have a number of 40523 on the left side of the block this didn't seem to jive with the serial number chart on the site thanks Paul

| The serial no. is in front of the gear shift lever on top of the axel housing. |

| Some of those serial numbers were stamped pretty faint. Depending how much rust is on there, it might be pretty hard to see. Take a good wire brush to it and a strong light off to one side. |

Frist year short fender was on dash - firewall . When calling it a E is it a 20-35 or 25-40 .Where is water pump side of engine ,or mounted on front of engine. ------------- He who dies with the most toys is, nonetheless ,still dead. If all else fails ,Read all that is PRINTED. |
