Can anyone tell me what the correct steering wheel for a 1937 unstyled WC looks like

my tractor has an wheel that I am sure has been placed later in its life.

I have seen a wheel with 3 round spokes and probably baklite , black plastic like outer rim

and

I have seen flat steel spokes with the black outer rim

Any help

and where would I find the correct steering wheel?
