You can bet if it's been stored outside the belts are junk.
------------- If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere. Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

True. "Looks good" until you fill the chamber half full of its first bale.

If it's not roadable due to bad tires or axles they are tough to trailer because of the width. I was able to tow mine home 30 miles or so, stopping every 5 miles to grease the axle bushings. Mine sat outside for 10 years or so since the last use in the Minnesota weather and the belts are still okay - not great, but okay. It works but haven't been able to get it to work quite right yet - keeps tying the bale. Too much other stuff to do so I haven't spent a lot of time on it. I paid $300 for it, but also got a three point 10 foot wide cultivator in excellent condition with it. At the time I wanted the baler, but have gotten a lot more use out of the cultivator. Pretty sure I could still get $350 for the cultivator. cheers, Creek
