http://watertown.craigslist.org/grq/5781335954.html. This unit is not worth what they're asking. Where do people get these figures when stuff like this is for sale?

For that much you would think they could replace the rear window....

Some people ask way more than even they think it is worth just in case a sucker comes along.

Part of it might be that steve but the other part is everyone wants a "deal" everyone thinks they should get a break or special price. Can't do that unless you list it really high to start with.

Or best offer. Is it that way off? Some on this site are higher, no doubt some are lower. free enterprise.

And that is why it is called free enterprise.

Maybe it'll be like a WD45D with equipment and a cracked block I looked at about 20 years ago fellow was asking $2800 told me to make an offer.I offered $700, he took it.You never know, some like to start high and leave room to work.

I'd pay more for a non computerized tractor vs buying one that you would need a high price tech to come to the farm and fix. Think about it, how many people on this site talk about computer diagnostics on their tractors!!!

A lot of Yankees up in the northeast apparently have delusions about what farm machinery is worth. I can't believe the prices some of the dealers up in Pennsylvania ask for stuff.

Then again maybe the wife said "Get rid of that junk". With something over priced so much the honest answer is "Nobody's called".
------------- If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere. Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Not in the case, that's a dealer listing it, and as I noted earlier they're ALWAYS goofy.

Makes you want to take something there and ask them to buy it off you... but I bet when it is traded it or bought they don't have half that value....

Not a Deere dealer, they're an AGCO and other dealer.
