| Are there any advantages or disadvantages to running rasp concave bars in soybeans vs the standard concave? I have some soybeans with grassy areas but no weeds I'll be harvesting with the K2. |

| Aggressive cylinder bars (every other rib ground off) matched to regular channel concaves offers more gentle threshing not to mention increased capacity. |

The Operator's Manual states "The rasp concave may be used in a hard to thresh crop where seed is easily cracked, or in a straw condition that is hard to break up to let the threshed seed fall through." I used the standard concave last time in soybeans with good success, but didn't have any grass in them. I have the rasp bars on hand and was just looking for any first hand experiences. |
