I bought this 185 to run the grain auger at our bins, and me and dad decided to make it run remotely so the truck drivers could start and stop it without running around the semi or having another person at the bins all day. Don't make fun of my fabricating work, I've done better but this was experimental. Also I drained the water out and replaced it with antifreeze so that's why the ground is wet. http://s8.photobucket.com/user/cody_jackson2/media/IMG_5927_zpscgmkp5vz.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"> [/IMG] http://s8.photobucket.com/user/cody_jackson2/media/IMG_5925_zps2orgqmri.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"> [/IMG] http://s8.photobucket.com/user/cody_jackson2/media/IMG_5924_zpszeyeo95v.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"> [/IMG]

Hey, I applaud you! Clap That's beyond my know-how! Keep tinkering with it and pretty soon you'll have it running on a wireless remote, like the new cars/trucks have. On a side note, better not tell too many people you drained your antifreeze on the ground, or the EPA will come a knockin'!

Where else would you put old antifreeze. You sure can't use it to burn old tires. Lol.

Looks like a good setup.

That's a really cool setup and very innovative. I get the remote start, but the remote throttle is really cool. Good job

I could have actually done that. Those are door lock actuators and I could have used an aftermarket door lock kit for vehicles without power locks. I just don't trust the wireless remotes from the other side of a grain trailer, plus there's a chance of loosing them. It seems to work really well. Just waiting on one more actuator plug to get here for the fuel cutoff. I had to switch them to test it.

Now that is awesome. Does a 185 have a low oil pressure shutdown on it?
