what should i pay for a WC allis used radiator if I can find one I am in Sioux Falls S.D.

Most used rads from that era are probably as good as the one you already have. Spend some money and get your old one recored. You will never need to touch it again.

I'm with "D" here.A tractor is only as good as it's radiator.Good recore is money well spent.
