Oil leak at front of pan.  Engine hadn't been ran for about 3 years.  Drips are rapid.  Will the leak decrease with more operation?  Or, is there a good additive the would seal it up?  I sure don't want to take the pan off if I can help it.  Any information would be appreciated.   Dale

It's not running down from the front crankshaft seal is it? Ya might check and see if the bolts are snug, could have been over torqued and bent the pan too? I suppose it is possible the gasket dried out over time and might swell a bit with oil soaking into it, but I wouldn't hold my breath waitin.
