Looking at another 190 gas! The problem is the throttle is either idle are wide open. Is this a easy easy fix or what do I need to look at replacing.

My 190 gas has a very smooth transition through its entire throttle range from idle to full power. It holds any speed without a problem.

A couple of thoughts: maybe the governor weights are on the way out, or someone put a combine engine in the tractor. Don't quote me, I am not familiar with 190 gassers.
