eldon iv got a i think a 76 GMC 2 ton with a 453 detroit with a turbo. factory deal. and when we bought the guy out all i could see of the truck was the grill and bumper had horse rope and vines all over it.( we kinda trade on these square bodies) so we bought it and i crawled through all the junk put a chain on the bumper hooks and i got on a tractor and was guna pull it bout 10 foot so we could check it out better and it went about 3 foot and it cranked and went to pulling forward on its own with no one in the truck lucky it died. so we cleaned it out and pulled it again and it cranked and run perfect ... i bet i can go to ir now and it will crank in 2 footthe truck had set there for 15 years ------------- 2 wd 45,2 D-17 diesel/gas 3 pt, 220,d21, 4020,2 4430s used daily http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCudh8Xz9_rZHhUC3YNozupw |

There has been more then one tractor that has saved itself in a shed fire when the cable or switch got hot enough to turn on the starter and the tractor was in gear and drove it's self out.

ACd21, In the reply box, just above the text that you type in the box is a gray 'toolbar" area with an icon of the world sitting on a chain link.
