...got me thinking it might be THE way to repower my 'low, low compression' forklift.

Like I 'need' another project but I really do need mine to be running with SOME power.

Anyone else do this conversion, or know what's involved ? I'm thinking 2.4 is a Cavalier engine??

The 1982 cavalier was 1 1.8 carb. from 83 to 90 a 2 l TBI 91 ad on a 2.2 MPFI.
A carb would be easy. A TBI came run with minimal electronics. MPFI req full computer control. The Toyota Cavalier did have a 2.4.
