Went to look at it yesterday. I put 525.00 on it and I'm still the high bidder at 478.00. Why am I telling you all this you ask. Well......it located in the holler deeeeeep in the holler and both rear tires and rims are junk totally. So much that I'm guessing it can't be rolled no matter what. You'll have to drag it on. Also this is a case of its worse than it looks. But hey its got a good start to a set of cultivators and I'm sure there will be lots of good parts. However this is a good candidate for a parts tractor. Not sure I would consider it for restore. Looks to be sittin for the 10yrs stated ot more and its done its share of sweatin, and not to the oldies if you know what I mean. Who ever gets it better have a granny gear in the truck to pull the hills out of there.

There is a snap coupler CA in Greensboro, DE.  Real rough shape.
Don't think it would cost what you have down.
Good Luck!
