Anyone needing parts? They are selling the remaining equipment from Joes business. I went and looked at it yesterday, some of the stuff hasn't been moved in years and was hard to see because the weeds have overgrown it. A few of the items are wd with nice loader, WD looks like it is set up for 2 way hydraulics motor is apart. Several styled WC's in various stages of disrepair, a couple of AC mowers that were too overgrown in weeds to tell what they are, a C gleaner with corn and bean head probably a parts machine, A rotobaler not used in years, cultivators in various pieces, Kewanee disk overgrown in weeds, VAC Case, Massy 44 and 30 that look complete again somewhat overgrown, Lots of used AC parts including 4 cyl blocks, narrow front end. Looks like a few pieces of NOS stuff, there is more stuff there but I cant remember what it is. Everything will need tires. A lot of his tools from his AC business will be sold, a lot of it has been in storage. The sale is Saturday OCT 3rd at 10.00 AM 10 miles west of Winterset on highway 92.

I'm trying to envision his tooling inventory. He was technically out of business (no Allis contract) by the mid 1970's and was not ever an "Action 80's" dealership, so any tooling would be pretty much home-made ??

I do not know what tooling he has. He continued to operate his repair shop up until a few months before he passed.

yes there is-- it is in our shopper called "The Exchange" it is only a few miles from home I will stop over there when the sale is closer and try to post back about some of his tools etc. I tried to contact his son Mike about this but have been unable to connect with him.
