If you can, go with a actual Allis Chalmers manual. I&T can be hit or miss. some are good, some are just ok.

The more the better. One manual won't cover everything you will need to know. Sometimes it's just a picture that shows you , ah ha THAT's how it goes.... or oops hmm, wrong way round.
Also when working on anything, take  a few pictures from different angles. You'll be happy you did, especially if your repair is interrupted and you,um, er, forget where this was connected to !

Yes, done all of the above...

I have a reprint of an original AC manuel for my 200. most of the pictures are black and unreal. Some of the pages are out of order. I don't know who printed it but am glad it came with the tractor and I did not pay for it. moral of this story get an original 1 even if you have to pay more.

I have one of the dreaded combination manuals from IT. It's all I ever used on the G, B, WD45 and CA and includes the C and 45Diesel.
I did a complete every nut and bolt rebuild of Lena using this just wish I had taken better pictures along the way.
Some don't like these, but there are very few things missing if you learn how to use it.
Take a look at your email.
A copy of the Allis B-C manual is for sale cheap here with free shipping. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ALLIS-CHALMERS-B-C-TRACTORS-SERVICE-SHOP-REPAIR-MANUAL-ENGINE-CARB-TRANS-FUEL-/161002168488" rel="nofollow - http://www.ebay.com/itm/ALLIS-CHALMERS-B-C-TRACTORS-SERVICE-SHOP-REPAIR-MANUAL-ENGINE-CARB-TRANS-FUEL-/161002168488

Agco pubs is the best they are oem. I have ordered from amazon with good results for oem manuals as well. When I got all my equipment a couple of years ago I order all the Case New Holland and yes one JD manuals from amazon all of them where good clean manuals. My allis chalmers manuals come from agco parts they are clearly reprints from older scans but you can read them ok. I guessing the original documents are long gone for these old tractors.

I have purchased manuals for older equipment from AGCO, but they are not up to the readability of the older printed manuals, even though they are exactly the same content. I suspect that the new ones are printed from scans of the old ones; but they were scanned as 'black-and-white' rather than 'grayscale' because it uses less memory. The photos just were crappy.

There is an Allis Chalmers service manual covering several tractors on line for free at
http://www.henselfamilyfarms.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/Allis-Chalmers-G-B-C-CA-Service.pdf
that is fairly thorough.

I&T isn't big enough for a door stop, but is a little thick for a marker in a real shop manual. My Deere dearly 4020 shop manual is nearly an inch and a half thick and the I&T for that vintage Deeres covers at least half a dozen models in 100 pages.

A parts book is often more informative on assembly order than the service manual, and the operator's manual generally covers standard maintenance like valve setting better than the service manual.

I got my B/C/IB service manual and parts manuls from 3000toys. just go to the top of the screen and click Allis Store and got to manuals. they are nice clean reproductions of the allis manuals. When I ordered mine many years ago they came within a few days.

Found a few different ones online downloads, but ordered as many factory binded manuals , parts diagrams and service manuals I could find for sale. None of those printed from home crap on eBay.   They weren't to bad to find , not like the two year hunt to find a factory manual/service for my 903ci turbo cummins motors.
