About ready to start cutting and baling my Oat Hay here in Washington State. Thought I would share a pic of my setup....

Big thanks to Tony Carbaugh in Oregon for getting me ready for harvesting. Brand new muffler on the Diesel this year, sounds MUCH healthier!

Very nice pair you have there!  Never noticed till now how the grill sits right out even with the bolster on the diesels. Must have longer hood than the gassers?

Thanks guys.

My grandpa used to farm back in the 60-70's. Most of the equipment sat in a dry barn for about 25 years after he got a job driving trucks. The 303 baler apparently has about 2 seasons (if that) on it and it still has paint in the hay shute!

I just overhauled the Diesel. After sitting for so long it was time to go through it and now it runs like a top.

Dads 45...Yes, the hood is longer on the diesel, since it's a 6 cylinder engine verses a 4 cylinder gas.   Rick

Nice setup Damon. Where abouts in Deer Park are you? I get up that way every 2-3 weeks to do some field mowing in the summers. I live about 35 miles from Deer Park...close to Stateline, Idaho. I have 3 WD45 diesels...

I am about 10 miles west of Deer Park off of Burroughs Rd.  I have about 50 acres of farm field I am doing as a little side hobby. Having a blast using these machines!

I really like and enjoy the looks of that pair.  They just seem to go together.  If it weren't for the new style home in the background, you'd swear it was 1955!

Sure is a nice looking pair.  Must be from an old ad for Allis Chalmers, right?  Guess not, just looks like it could have been used for a sales brochure - oh, wait - they didn't have photoshop in '55 so they couldn't insert the newer home.  LOL!
