Here in east central Illinois, everything is in, east of us to the Indiana line, still some to do. How is progress going in your neck of the woods? I here a lot of stories, not sure what to believe.

Little over half way up the mitten on the east side here. I'm not done, got 1 small field left. I've been on the road a good bit lately, there's quite a bit not done but finishing up quick. Hard to be planting, spraying, and haying all at once!!!

Oh, he's helping me out good now. It was in April and May when the rest of the neighbors were seeding and planting that I really could have used him. Practically everything I have done, got done since he got out of school. The young man that was supposed to help me, kind of fizzled out on me. Darrel

Been done in central Indiana for a month...lot to the north and east of us never got planted...our area looks really good...counties around us not so much...lot of spraying not done and alot of yellow corn due to no nitrogen yet or too much water...couple guys did start running wheat here last week but we had 3 inches of rain Thurs Fri and today...forecast calls for 3 to 4 inches next week

I live in West Central Indiana. We've had 8" of rain since June 19th and had close to 5" earlier in the month. As was said in another post, the crops look sad here. There are a lot of brown beans and yellow corn and hay fields that haven't had their first cutting yet. Some fields haven't even been planted.

Main planting is done here in Eastern, PA. I finished my corn last week. All the guys that double crop beans after wheat are still waiting for the wheat to ripen.

all mine is in. most everyone's beans around here suck. mine seem to be holing out well enough. only got 70 lbs of starter N on my corn. one field right by my house you can see where the tile lines are. corn is a foot taller and a good dark green. too tall to put 28 on with the 190. going to get urea broadcasted on it. weeds getting pretty bad in all my no till ground. it'll be a interesting year.
and wheat should be ready to cut this next weekend, but they are calling for rain all week!
