Nope 78G, the wheels are staggered. 77G rakes have the wheels directly across from each other.

That's a 78.  My grandparents had one that I used when I was a young one.

Are they good rakes if they havn't been beat to hell? What should I look for as far as problem areas?

Also, is the 78G one of the rakes you can tedd with? If so how does that work?

Check the drive assembly on each wheel. That is where any problems would be. I found that out after I got mine home and used it. The castings crack and will fall apart, otherwise a real good rake.
