Hello,
Recently I had to take apart my hold position valve to clean it up. I also replaced a couple hydraulic hoses. I got it all back together and now my loader won't lift. The 3 point works as it should but the loader doesn't even try to budge. I have a 2 way valve plumbed in so I can shut off my loader while using the 3 point. It worked like it's supposed yesterday before I started. Any ideas?

Air would not prevent it from moving the oil would compress the air and the loader will move. Either you put the position hold vale together wrong or more likely your loader quick disconnect is not properly seated.

I have had my 45 pump all apart, rebuilt with new parts and back together and never bled a line. Loader and lift arms both work fine. If you cycle the lift arms several times, any air should be pushed out. I also have a diverter valve so I can run either the loader or the lift arms. One valve diverts oil to either one allowing me to have the blade on and held up while using the loader, or to hold the loader up so I can use the blade. Looks to me like you need another shut off for your lift arms. Makes things a lot easier if you have it all in one valve though. Like Dave said, make sure your disconnect is connected for the loader.

So I loosened The hydraulic fittings on my loader Rams then I worked the hydraulics back-and-forth and I noticed a a small amount of fluid was only squirting out when I have the hydraulics going down Nothing was squirting out while I was raising the hydraulics. I don't think there is a problem with the hold position valve because the rear arms are working perfectly. I checked my disconnect numerous times but I will double check again. Any other ideas are appreciated.
I also noticed a threaded hole right underneath the hydraulic filler tube. It's currently open and leaking out fluid while I'm working the hydraulics. Is something supposed to be plugging that hole?

Those Pioneer style couplings can go bad. If you have a remote cylinder that will plug in, try it where you loader is connected. Some of those couplings will lock together but not let fluid thru. I think usually though, it might go up but not let the fluid back thru to go down? That might totally depend on which side of the coupling isn't working. If you don't have another cylinder to check it wit, use a small punch or something to push up on the ball to see it moves free, Just make sure the lever is down and the tractor is off before doing this :)

So I've been able to determine that fluid is not getting to the front 2 ports of the hold position valve which is the right ram and the remote if I'm not mistaken. The rear port/left side ram is working perfectly. Anyone have any ideas what's going on here??

Took apart hold position valve and plunger was stuck. Cleaned up everything and got it moving freely again. Now front ports are delivering fluid again. Now the problem is my rear Rams and loader are going up as the should and they will stop at detent position. However, they will not go back down. They are stuck in the up position and I cannot move them down by hand. Please help

It sounds like the 'mode' configuration isn't right.
These high-pressure/low volume systems could be configured to operate in several different ways... PLUS they have feedback from the drawbar coupler that allows the valve to 'modulate' in draft-control mode.
In mounted-cultivator use, one lift cylinder could be flipped around forward, and the valve can be set up for a 'delay' mode, to lift the front end of a mounted implement before the rear (finishing a row)... the pump lift function and unloader being one 'half', and the release valve being the other, if all the components aren't set up 'just right', they'll exhibit some bizzare antics.
Did it work before? If so, did you pipe the hoses in exactly the same way, or could something be reversed? One of the ports is supposed to go to the 'front' cylinder, the other to the rear... ??
