Short version, that works for me: Click on the filmstrip icon, on the long form reply(lower left side of page), or new post. Put your curser in the small box at top and click. Take the video address, that you copied say from youtube, and paste it into the box. For me, I have to remove the s from https://, leaving http://andthevideoaddress, for example. Now hit preview. If it plays in the box, you are good to go. Then hit submit, and you are done.

I go to the video on youtube . When the video is done, a box opens below it with buttons to share on facebook etc. and there is an address that is different form the url up top. Copy that but delete everything before the /
https://youtu.be/lS90xx3RMd4 Take just the part after the .be/
lS90xx3RMd4
click on the film strip icon and paste this in the box that says "file name" and then "preview" to make sure it works. then click OK and post your reply.

You could also copy the original url up top, open the blue lobe hyperlink box and add it there. That will make a live link to the video but it won't play on the post. You would have to click on it , which would take you to youtube. In the hyperlink box, you have to delete the https:// and go to the left box, arrow done to the https:// Clear as mud I bet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lS90xx3RMd4" rel="nofollow - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lS90xx3RMd4

Shameless, LOL, (as I slap the backs of your hands) Bad farmer. Bad farmer.
You never fail me. It doesn't matter how bad a day can go. I log on at night and you make me laugh so hard my eyes water. Have you ever thought about telling jokes on stage?

thanks Unit3, glad to help keep happiness in your mind! many years ago...I was on a local radio program! it was a rock station and I was the country boy on there always wanting them to play something with Dolly Parton!! i'd be on late at night for about 30 minutes. was the war of the minds! that was a lot of fun! I always got compliments on the street from the late nighters! it was fun listening to the drunks and the dopies call in after each show trying to view their opinions of what was all said! (the good old days)!
