There is a series playing on Netflix titled Land Girls.

In Season One, I think Episode 5, there was a brand new Allis Chalmers Model B, being wiped down by one of the Land Girls! Really cool, and unexpected to see a brand new "B" in England during World War II!

They had a show on RFD-TV a while back. The show was produced by some English company that sold the DVDs. I forget the name. The land girls worked the land whilst the men were off to war.

Farmers were exempt from conscription in WWII because of the importance of growing food for Britain, which had to buy food from overseas. Reminds me of the Wartime Farming series on BBC a couple years ago which had an Allis B and All-crop combine.
