Finally picked up some books I bought off CL. My buddy John L. (john (MI) picked them up & held onto them until I could get over to his side of the state to get them. Would have missed out had it not been for his help. Thanks again John! Didn't realize what all I was getting. Seller said they were just some WD manuals & Allis Chalmers books. | If I remember correctly there was a very limited number of those sketches, maybe 500? Can't remember for sure but I know when I ordered the book and it finally showed up I was thrilled that I was lucky enough to get one of those drawings. |

Great find, congrats. I was always going to buy the swinford book years ago I think they were $30-$40 but would talk myself out of buying one, thought that was too much for a book "stupid", so last year I decided I was going to buy one no matter what and was able to get one off eBay for $85, but like mentioned earlier amazon has them priced way up there and I've seen a few sell on eBay since then for over $100. ------------- 59 D17 gas nf, 66 XT 190, 69 220. |
