I am new to the whole computer thing.Just discovered your site, like what I have seen. The first crawler I drove was a model K on butane.Moved on as the K was replaced with a HD5 which is still in us here on the ranch.I have 9u D6's that I spend more time on these days, but the HD5b is still a fun tractor to run.It is nice to see how much interest there is in keeping are orphaned Allis Chalmers tractors going be they rubber tired or have tracks.

Has a D6-9U for a few years but more problems that was worth. Bought the HD5G in 1972 and still run that. D6 was traded on a HD4 with hoe but that also ended up being a problem and tarded that for New Holland 785 skid-steer, but still kept the HD5 .
