1000 for overhaul 1000 for tires 500 for sandblasting 1000 for paint job 700 for tractor 4200 total and its not a highcrop !!! cheap???

I didn't read anything about needing over hauled or having to buy new tires or that functionality is limited because of the paint job. If a person needed one to use to lets say mow some hay, sounds like it would be reasonable.  I never read where someone said it was cheap.

He said "fair", not "cheap".
Almost any tractor you buy will require spending lots of money if you want
to do a "full blown" restoration on it.
