On A D10 or d12, where does the Anti-Surge Spring on the carburetor hook to?…I thought on mine it was on the 2nd manifold stud from the front.
I reinstalled it here, but after rebuilding the carb, with the spring in place, it wants to pull the throttle lever forward and won’t let the tractor fully idle down.
