I see there's an AC AD 4 grader 3 cyl Detroit, at auction next Wed, 01/26/22 on Auction Time. It's at Columbus, Nebr. 
I'd like to have 1, but have too many irons in the fire already. 
AC 200, CAH, AC185D bareback, AC 180D bareback, D17 III, WF. D17 Blackbar grill, NF. D15 SFW. Case 1175 CAH, Bobcat 543B,

AD 4's had 4-71 DDA. AD3 had 3-71DDA

I just wrote what the add said. I've not seen the machine only picture. 
I've thought the little 6 wheel grader with 7:50 or 8:25x20" tires and the 226 gas would be nice useful toy at my place.

I had a BD-3 one time. it had the 3-71 in it. kinda a mid sized grader. Then got the Fourty-Five. 516 motor it, big grader. cat 12 sized only had the super smooth rolling moldboard on it. Now have the D ,--looks like WD motor in it---have no idea for sure.
Always liked the old AC graders.

If you could see the clutch they must have changed with the AC Forty Fives, as they have a drive shaft between clutch and trans
