Sharing what looks like a decent late model B. Incl front arch weight, a $150 added value.

Don't you mean 2 front weights plus the bracket and J-bolts. More like $300 right there. Plus hydraulic splitter valve plow drawbar mounts and depth lever.  Of course it may be like the people I've dealt with from faceplant, it will be leaving on a trailer as you drive up after a 2 hour ride.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Yes, this should sell quickly to whomever shows up first with sufficient cash.

Unless supported by a deposit (I like to also consider reputation), seller is under no obligation to keep it available for a potential buyer when other prospects are at the door with cash in hand. Too many on FB/CL claim serious interest and make arrangements with me to see something for sale, then fail to show up.

For long distances, I'll offer $50 non-refundable fee to keep item only available for me to look at until a set time. Usually, seller refuses it, but follows through not selling it until I see it b/c I demonstrated I am a serious buyer and provide loads of communication and still get there promptly - when I plan to be there and updates when I leave home and where on route to seller via text. Not much price negotiation using this method.

I hope the buyer dose not think its a late model .He will be disappointed .
He who dies with the most toys is,
nonetheless ,still dead.
If all else fails ,Read all that is PRINTED.
Just because you do not have the tools for job , it dose not make it a bad design.
