My 175 has a seat on it that does not appear to be original.  I'd like to find an original style seat.  Any suggestions where/how I might find an original style seat?  Thank you in advance for your replies.

Is it the ones with the arm rests or the padded seat like the D series?

This is the original seat frame.  The cushions are the closest thing available today - the original cushions had 4 or 5 pleats from what I remember growing up on it.  The arm rests were still available in 2014 when I restored the tractor, but I have heard they are no longer available now.
Don't be surprised if your 175 doesn't have the original seat, many of them don't.  I did stumble across another one of these seats this afternoon, but not sure if it will be coming home with me yet.  If it does, I will probably hang onto it.

Did the 175 have different seat options available or change through the years? I have an early model and maybe someday would like the original style back on it.

As far as I remember and see in the parts system, the only seat that was ever available was that pictured seat (two upright square tubes) that did have the pleated covering on both top and bottom cushions and the flip-up armrests. There is a chance that very late models had the "Marathon" brand seat like can tractors would have had, which didn't have those two one inch square tubes, but a different/stronger frame structure and cushions that had a 3 inch square pocket type cushion design.

I'm in Tennessee for a few days, but will take a close look at my seat when I return home and possibly post a picture of it if I can figure out how to.  Thank you.
