Restoring a 1963 H3 and working my way from front to back.  Latest problem is a clutch pedal that barely moves.  It is essentially frozen and there is no way pedal return spring can move it.  The pedal is disconnected from the clutch rod.   Does the clutch pedal rotate on the torque housing shaft or does the shaft itself rotate?  Randy

If the pedal has a snap ring holding it on, and a grease zerk, I would guess it pivots on a slid shaft pressed into housing. HTH Tracy

Would someone please post a picture of the foot clutch pedal linkage. I'm restoring an H3 and one of the many problems, the pedal is not attached to anything. I cannot find anything that is broken so I do not know where to reattach. So far I have replaced everything in the rear end: steering clutches, brake bands, final drive seals and bearings. I would like to get the pedal attached before putting the tracks back on.

Reading in 'Operators Instructions' for H-3, it reads similar for Engine Clutch Adjustment for a Model D-14 or D-15 Tractor.

It states "disconnect the Clutch Rod from the Pedal, shorten the Clutch Rod by turning Clockwise until there is 1/2" of free movement of the pedal link rod when measured at the side of the Torque Housing.

Sounds like yours is missing the Clutch Rod, which can come disengaged from the Pressure Plate Lever if turned Counter Clockwise too far when adjusting for clutch wear.

If a H-3 has a shuttle clutch, the foot clutch is rarely used. I only depress the foot clutch to make it easier for the starter to spin the engine to start. I find the neutral spot on the shuttle to stop the transmission and then shift to a different gear without any grinding. 
Likely why the linkage is disconnected or seized. 
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed
