I didn't look close enough when I first saw it.  Is that a D17 Series IV?

It does look more like a D19 than D17. Torque tube/housing is definetly from a 19.

Rear is a D 17.

I owned a couple that were built with D series 19 on the front.

Front axle looks like a 17 to me to low for a 19

OK.....This is one of those with the double final drive that drops down low. They obviously used a D-19/190 rear wheel center instead of a D-17 stamped steel center.
