Old D 15 ran pretty well . Did blow some oil on the valve cover from the oil fill/vent . Guess the only cure for that is a engine rebuild ? Wonder if Seafoam or Restore oil additive would do anything ? Think engine compression is around 150 . Thanks !!

Looks like you're doing a good job of discing.

As to the "blowing oil", you might want to take the oil fill cap off and clean it well.  My CA was doing what you're describing but after a thorough cleaning, it was better.  FWIW.
