Kind of surprised I started cleaning off serial number and started checking on my chart and for a second I thought I had the first 1957 ca but it was a 6 and not an 8 so I have the second to last 1956 ca made in all original cloths and decals plus on back of seat has the original dealer decal the same dealership my d15 diesel came from in flushing Michigan. Still happy but that would have been awesome to have the last or first ca of a year. Runs great and back tires still have the nubs on them but are cracked. I bought it from someone who got it at auction and the owner had died and it sat in the barn for who knows how long.

The shop manual can help the restoration and care of the CA:

From the picture I can't see a hole for the shutters in any of your tractors. That is special.

Well done giving that CA a new home, Ryan. What's your plan for her?

Ryan,
I like the original wide front CA! Very nice find! You did good. Can't help on the water neck. I never seen anything like it. Thanks for sharing the pictures!

NICE!  One of my favorites also.  They are a great little tractor.  Looks like all of yours are in their work clothes.
