I just bought a side mount sickle mower for my WD 45. it missing a few parts. Does anybody know how long and the size of the lift hydraulic ram i need? Im also missing the pulley attachment for the pto shaft that goes on back of the tractor, and missing the belt guard for the drive pulley set up on the back. I know very little about this set up and any help would be great! Thank you!

Make sure you get the right pulley for the PTO shaft. Dad had a MT John Deere with a belly mower. It had the wrong PTO pulley. It ran the sickle too slow. As a result I could only mow in low gear. Talk about booring.

Which pulley? The one that slides onto the pto shaft of the tractor or the pulley attached to the pto shaft coming from the mower? Just so i am getting the correct measurements.

After I read your post again are you missing the entire drive assembly that attaches to the rear of the tractor?

Pulley at mower pto shaft is 5-3/8"x1-1/8" wide.
Pto shaft pulley on tractor is 7"x-1-1/8" wide.
Belt is 7/8"x 52" if I remember correctly.

I need the pulley set up that goes to the pto shaft of the tractor. That and the belt guard that covers the belt off of that pulley. Thank you for the pics and info!
