Was looking at design differences as in the Stanadyne fed 7000 military engines. WP is moved, front of engine different, no oil coolers, defined a problem that would be difficult at best to transplant. Why is it a Roosa Master style pump could not be modification mounted to replace the PSB AB? Both are distributor based. Fuel lines can be made.

yes afaik thats the problem with the fuel pumps. PSB turns at engine speed. Roosa at half engine speed. Also on the milatary 7000 is no auxially pulley drive for the fan.
But have heard of people putting them into HD6s.

I'm guessing that  the water pump will be in the same place, so why not drive it from the crank pulley like earlier ones did?
