How can you tell if a d19 is a beach master, I scratched off some orange paint and there was yellow paint under it, could this be yellow primer or a orange cover up?

Allis did use a yellow primer on alot of tractors. Maybe what you are seeing.
Beachmasters had shorter font spidles. A larger front tire and diamond tread rears. Does your tractor have any of those things?

Beachmasters have short front spindles with wide rims and 10x16 tires. Rears are 23.1 x 26".
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

My dad told me that the plant workers  called that primer "yellow death".
