Allen was out today and bought the D17. He told me he has a rented building and is still working on AC tractors. He has an XT tranny torn apart now replacing 3rd gear. He showed me where the Power Director valve on my 200 is located and was fairly sure it needs cleaned out. He's still in Indianola but I forgot to get the address of his shop.

Yes, he had R&R Equipment in Indianola and Knoxville IA. I bumped into him at the IA State Fair a couple years ago. He saw my A-C t-shirt and struck up a conversation remembering he had sold me parts for my D17D.

Very knowledgeable too. It will be a great loss when he is no longer around. I ask him if he ever logged into this site. it.said he was aware of it but said he was too busy to get on here. He did say there was an AC Facebook page he sometimes gets on. I have not been able to find it.
