Hello all, this is my first post here.  Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm helping an elderly neighbor get his old Tractomotive TL-12 back up and running.  He's asked me to try and track down a service manual.  I've looked for the last few days all over the web and can't find one. My understanding is that I need to be looking for an Allis manual, not Tractomotive.  That being said, the serial number is above 2553 and all the operator's manuals Ive seen for sale online are for serial numbers lower than 2003.  And I haven't seen an actual "service manual" for any at all other than the TL-12D.  Anyone know where I might be able to find this info??

Thanks!

The TL-12D manual should work for you. If the one youre working on has a gas motor, youll just need the WD-45 manual for the engine stuff. Theyre good machines and simple to understand. Dad has a gas and 2 diesels, will check tonight if he has a book.

If you have any particular questions let me know, I've got one too. I've never found a service manual only operators and parts.

Our business currently has two Tractomotive TL-12 / TL12 loaders that we have retired. One was still operations when last parked (over a year ago) and the other was purchased for parts. I know the operational one does have a gas engine but is originally a TL-12-D / TL12D / TL12-D model. Does anyone know where the best place to list these for sale would be?

The classified section of this forum is where I would start. I hope an AC guy has interest and they don't end up going for scrap.

i wish you were a lot closer! I would love to own one and I'm sure there are a lot of guys on here that feel the same way.

Those would be classified as group 3 loaders per Norms book.  They would have the square front and bucket cylinders mounted on the loader arms.  Ooops this applies to original post, no info given on missouri loaders.
